Q. Where are you
located?
A. We are a home based business located in Cypress,
Texas and Beaumont, Texas.
Q. Do I need a
reservation?
A. It would be nice if you could reserve one in
advance but I am willing to accept orders at anytime.
Q. Can I cancel my
reservation?
A. Yes, you can cancel your rental but will not
receive a refund: however you may use the payment towards another rental
within 1 year. Lonestar Moonwalks reserves the right, for safety reasons to
cancel in the event of inclement or adverse weather (rain or winds above 15
mph). You may reschedule your rental.
Q. Can I get a
better deal if I rent concessions from you?
A. YES YES YES I would love to make a deal with you.
Let me mention here kids love the bubble machine, its an affordable add on.
Q. Can I pick up
the rentals directly?
A. No I am sorry that is not a good idea. Some
competitors may allow that but we feel it is best if we do it. These
moonwalks are very heavy, require proper set up to ensure safety, and need
to be inspected at set up and pickup.
Q. What areas do
you deliver to?
A. I am specializing in the Cypress, Katy, Houston, Richmond,
Beaumont and the Golden Triangle areas. Additional delivery areas are
being considered. Please contact us for more information.
Q. Are your
products clean?
A. I personally clean every product I rent after every
rental. I am not comfortable renting my customers dirty items.
Q. Can I come by
and see your products?
A. The best way to see our products is online. We can
send additional pictures at your request.
Q. Can I keep the
inflatable overnight or get a late night pickup? How late can I keep the
rental?
A. Yes, but an additional fee will be added. Many
factors have to be considered such as weather, next day rental by another
customer and security of my equipment.
Q. Do you rent yard
signs, trains, clowns, or, tents?
A. I do not rent these items BUT I can recommend
companies that do. See my links page or call for details. Feel free to call

Q. Does Lonestar
Moonwalk have insurance?
A. Yes. Lonestar Moonwalk carries liability insurance.
We will provide the certificate when requested.
